We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and doing well. As you already know, SWA had carried out the first drive of COVID Vaccination for its members in partnership with Netflix during 1st-5th June 2021. We got an overwhelming response and hundreds of our members were successfully vaccinated through the first drive.
Once again, continuing our efforts to safeguard the welfare and safety of our members we are back with the 2nd COVID Vaccination drive in partnership with Netflix. The vaccination camp will be held from 28 August to 30 August 2021 at Taj Lands End Banquet Halls, Bandra West, Mumbai. The vaccine is available to you and your 2 dependents. The slots can be booked for either first or second dose of Covishield. The vaccines will be administered absolutely free of cost to our members and their dependents.

Please note that reservation will be subject to the limited stock available and fulfilment of vaccination criteria as per the government advisory. The appointments for vaccination will be strictly on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis, till our stock lasts.

एक बार फिर, अपने सदस्यों के कल्याण और सुरक्षा के अपने प्रयासों को जारी रखते हुए हम नेटफ्लिक्स के साथ साझेदारी करते हुए दूसरे कोविड टीकाकरण अभियान के साथ लौट रहे हैं। टीकाकरण शिविर का आयोजन 28 अगस्त से 30 अगस्त 2021 तक ताज लैंड्स एंड, बैंक्वेट हॉल, बांद्रा-वेस्ट, मुंबई में किया जाएगा। टीका आपके और आपकी 2 आश्रितों के लिए उपलब्ध होगा। कोविशिल्ड की पहली या दूसरी खुराक के लिए स्लॉट बुक किया जा सकता है। हमारे सदस्यों और उनके आश्रितों के लिए टिकाकरण निशुल्क दिया जाएगा।

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

- Please only come 15 minutes early to your appointment.
- Wear a short sleeve shirt if possible.
- Bring your Aadhaar card, CoWin beneficiary ID and details of any past vaccinations (e.g. whether you have received the first jab of Covishield).
What to expect at the vaccination site:
- Step 1 – When you arrive at the Taj Lands End banquet space, you will go through visitor registration and our safety officers will hand out a Vaccination History Form as mandated by the hospital. They will then escort you to a doctor’s consultation.
- Step 2 – Our safety officers will guide you to a doctor’s consultation room. Once your consultation is completed and you are cleared to receive the vaccine, you will be escorted to the registration section.
- Step 3 – At registration, your Govt ID / Aadhaar details and vaccination form will be verified. Once that is completed, safety officers will guide you to the vaccination area.
- Step 4 – You will receive a token at the vaccination area. Please wait your turn, and once your number is called, our safety officers will bring you to the vaccination booth.
- Step 5 – In the vaccination booth, a nurse will administer the vaccine and an administrative assistant will update vaccination details on the government portal.
- Step 6 – Once you have been vaccinated, volunteers will escort you to a waiting area, where you are required to wait for 30 minutes in case there are adverse reactions to the vaccine. Once the time is up, and if you have not had any adverse reactions, you will be escorted to the exit. Please ensure you return your token to the security officer before you leave.
Eligibility criteria as defined by the hospital

Provisional / temporary considerations — for any one of the below cases, COVID-19 vaccination is to be deferred for 90 days after recovery:
● Persons with active symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection.
● SARS-CoV-2 patients who have been given anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma.
● Acutely unwell and hospitalized (with or without intensive care) patients due to any illness. |
● Pregnant women and lactating mothers (please consult your physician for lactating mothers) |
● People with a history of reaction to previous dose
● Any kind of immediate or delayed-onset anaphylaxis or allergic reaction to vaccines or injectable therapies, pharmaceutical products, food-items, etc. in the past |

Q: Where is the vaccination drive located?
A: At Taj Lands End, Mumbai: Band Stand, BJ Road, Mount Mary, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050

Q: I had registered for the first dose, do I need to re-register for the second dose?
A: Yes, we request you to re-register yourself and your dependents for the second dose
Q: Why do I need to re-register as I had already registered for the first dose
A: As per internal compliance mandate, we had deleted all the previous data. Moreover there will be a few members who might be travelling / not available for the second dose / already took the second dose elsewhere; hence these jabs can be used for others.
Q: Is there parking available at the hotel?
A: Taj will provide dedicated parking at the premises subject to availability.
Q: Do I need to install the Aarogya Setu App?
A: It is advisable to install Aarogya Setu App however it is not mandatory.
Q: Which vaccine are we getting?
A: Covishield
Q: Why is Covaxin not being offered?
A: Our hospital partner has secured vaccines from the Serum Institute, which manufactures Covishield and doesn’t manufacture Covaxin.
Q: How long will the entire process take?
A: The total duration, from the time you get to the building until the time you exit, is approximately 1 hour. In case we get an overwhelming response, please expect slight delays.
Q: Who is included in “partner +2”?
A: Family members (partner, parents, kids, siblings etc ) are eligible within the 2 dependents, as are people who live with you, for example roommates/flat mates and house help (maids, drivers, etc.).
Q: I have already taken the first dose, can I take the second dose in this vaccination drive?
A: Yes, if the first dose that you received was Covishield and it has been at least 84 days since your first jab. Your CoWin registration also needs to reflect that your first Covishield jab was completed at least 84 days ago. If you have taken the first dose before new regulation came, CoWIN might show that you are due for the second dose. But, you still need to maintain the 84 days gap between 2 doses. If you come for the vaccination, the CoWIN portal will not permit hospital staff to update the second jab before 84 days.
Q: I was positive and recovered sometime back, when can I take the vaccine?
A: If it’s been 90 days since recovery, then you are eligible to take the vaccine. However it will be dependent upon the on-site doctor’s recommendation after checking your medical history. Please refer to hospital criteria.
Q: How do I get the Beneficiary ID?
A: Once you have used your OTP and registered yourself on CoWin using Govt ID / Aadhaar, you can click on your name and you will find your beneficiary ID on the app.
Q: What is the difference between REF ID and Beneficiary ID?
A: If you register through the CoWin portal you will get the REF ID, if you register through the Aadhaar card, you will get the beneficiary ID. Both are the same.
Q: Do I need to get a Beneficiary ID for myself or all my dependents coming for the vaccination?
A: You need a beneficiary ID for all. You can register up to 4 members using one phone number.
Q: What if someone faints or is not feeling well after the vaccination?
A: A medical emergency room has been set up with a doctor and a nurse to attend to anyone who experiences adverse reactions to the vaccine. In case of emergency, we will have an ambulance stationed at the premises equipped with life support machines.
Q: Do I need to prepare or check anything else before coming for the vaccination?
A: Please refer to Pre/During/Post vaccination information provided earlier in this document.
Q: What if I don’t get Aadhaar for the vaccination, will other Government IDs be considered?
A: You may carry the Govt ID proof that you had used for enrolling on the CoWin portal.
Q: I managed to get my shot, however some of my dependents have yet to receive theirs. If I don’t accompany them on – can they still get the first dose as part of the drive?
A:Yes, they need to mention your name in the form under the first section that says “Referred By”
Q: My father has registered himself using his PAN number and received his first shot. Is updating the Aadhar number mandatory? His beneficiary id is available nevertheless on the system.
A: If you or your dependent have the ID proof as per CoWin portal, then it shall suffice.
Q: What if I took the first jab on another ID like, PAN Card, Driving license etc. Do I need to re-register with Aadhar?
A: No need to re-register, please bring in your ID proof that you had used for first jab when you are coming for the second jab, provided you have completed 84 days from the first jab.
Q: I have not taken the first jab earlier and this would be my first jab. Am I eligible for it?
A: Yes, you and your dependents are eligible to take this jab as your first jab however please note that we won’t be organising any more drives and you will need to get your second job through govt / private hospitals
Q: My dependent had taken first jab elsewhere. Are they eligible to get their second jab at Netflix drive?
A: Yes, they are eligible to take their second Jab at this drive.
Q: Is this chargeable?
A: No, Netflix will cover the cost of this drive
Q: Can we conduct our own vaccine drive and charge it back on to the project/ Netflix?
A: No
