This has reference to your registration for e voting and your attendance in the upcoming AGM / SWA Elections 2021
The last date to register yourself for the above has now been extended upto the midnight of 15th April 2021 midnight.
Please note that admission to the 64th Annual General Body Meeting is reserved strictly for Life, Regular and Associate Members, with valid memberships only. The link to attend the meeting will be shared on member’s registered email ID with SWA, for which you need to fill up the attached Google Form, choose option to attend, and confirm your attendance. Also, in the same form, you may choose an option to confirm your participation in the e-voting process, by not later than 15th of April Midnight.
Following your confirmation, SWA will send you 2 unique links, on your registered email ID, which will enable you to :
a) Participate in the Annual General Body Meeting via Zoom Video Conferencing.
b) Participate in e-voting and cast your votes for desired candidates.

ये जानकारी आगामी एजीएम/ इलैक्शन 2021 और ई-वोटिंग के रजिस्ट्रेशन से संबंधित है।
रजिस्ट्रेशन की आखिरी तारीख को अब बढ़ाकर 15 अप्रैल 2021 (मध्यरात्रि) कर दिया गया है।
कृपया ध्यान दें कि 64वीं एन्युअल जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग में सिर्फ़ वैध सदस्यता वाले लाइफ़, रैग्यूलर और एसोसिएट सदस्यों को ही प्रवेश दिया जायेगा।
मीटिंग से जुड़ने का लिंक सदस्य के एसडबल्यूए रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल आइडी पर भेजा जायेगा। इसके लिये पहले सदस्य को नीचे दिये गये गूगल फ़ॉर्म में सही ऑप्शन चुनकर अपनी उपस्थिति की पुष्टि करनी होगी। इसी गूगल फ़ॉर्म में आपको ई-वोटिंग में भाग लेने की पुष्टि भी करनी होगी। ध्यान रहे कि इस फ़ॉर्म को भरने की आखिरी तारीख़ अब 15 अप्रैल 2021, मध्यरात्रि तक है।
उपस्थिति की पुष्टि के बाद, एसडबल्यूए की ओर से आपके रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पर दो भिन्न लिंक भेजे जायेंगे जिनकी मदद से आप:
क) ज़ूम विडियो कॉंफ़्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से एन्युअल जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग से जुड़ पायेंगे
ख) ई-वोटिंग के माध्यम से अपनी पसंद के उम्मीदवार के लिये वोट कर पायेंगे
